mass UD and result recording in QM

Hi,

please suggest a method how mass result recording and usage decisions can be given in QM, also

kindly advice the table for UD and RR.

Insert respective entries for inspection lots and select desired Lots and insert result as per requirement and save.

Dear,

In QA16 , it does show all the Material with System Status INSP RREC SPRQ.

It is also showing UD in background button, UD in Foreground , UD Manually.

Here i am only able to do work through UD MAnually.

How & When the other two options work.

Hi,

You can do mass UD through QA16 for OK lots.

Put the details & execute,on next screen select all lots & click on UD(Foreground) it works like a BDC.

Mass UD can be carry out by QA16

Master data required on receiving plant:

1. QM view required to be maintain

2. Inspection type 08 needs to be maintained as active.

3. TICK to be maintained on Post to inspection stock & Automatic UD.

Hi,

You can do the result recording on one screen through T code -QE51N.Here select Inspection Lot Number page,give the required input & execute.

On next screen you will find the list of Inspection lots select one by one,put the results & do UD.

You can also do Result recording forcefully by selecting all characteristics & click on force.

No it is not possible,but you can complete forcefuly by selecting one by one only.
