If your problem is other way round, then follow these, check in logs in sm21 and check filesystem

I have checked filesystem ....and it is not full also permission ok

and you want to say for sm37, please elaborate..
if you want to say that you can't see job logs in sm37 for some old jobs, then following note, someone might have deleted all the job logs using the second note below, or check the standard jobs mentioned in the Note for standard jobs, at which frequency the deletion of old job logs is running ?
