Dear All

I have configured all the requirements for mail process of PO copy to Vendor Mail ID.

I need the same data or copy to be sent to head of the department

How could I Put a CC to Head of the Dept

Hi

You can maintain a new condition record with a different out put type, this will trigger anew message that can be processed and mailed to your internal user.

You need to add the derivation rule based on a data table which will provide you the hierarchy details.
