Webdynpro Layout Error - sapUrDomainRelaxing

Hello,

I am trying to access Layout tab on a View and get the following popup Runtime Error:

Error: 'sapUrDomainRelaxing' is undefined.

There were some other errors, but I fixed them by activating the following services:

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/public/bc/viewdesigner/

/default_host/sap/bc/wdvd/

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/configure_application

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/configure_component

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_appl

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_comp

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_user

I've the same problem here and I've got no idea how I can fix it...
