Error in Open_form

Hi,

We are trying to add Fax to output type.. all schema and messages look OK, but still getting problem in output.

error occured in OPEN_FORM for the Purchasing document while creating PO document.

output type is NEU. Program is sapfm060 and form routine is Entry_neu.

There in no program with name sapfm060.

it should be like this in the NACE transaction

Medium: 2

Short Text: Fax

Program: SAPFM06P

FORM routine: ENTRY_NEU

Form: MEDRUCK

yes, the program name is typo error.

but my question is why the problem raised while creating PO.
