Process Control: No items in inbox

Hi all,

My problem is that I don't receive cases in my inbox when I schedule a manual test or survey .

For info, I have two users: one processsubprocesscontrol owner and one organization owner.

That should cover all the possible actions, isnt it?

Both users have role SAP_GRC_SPC_ALL

Status of cases goes from 'planning' to 'completed' but nothing shows up in my inbox.

In the SPRO, using tcode "execute programs for admin workflows" I have my cases. But when i select one of them (in the Ad hoc start of assessment functionnality) and press 'Assessment' I have a dump:"Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" raised."

Hi Jullen

Please see from user access whether you have assigned the correct user for the tester.

Also in the work inbox see whether you have provided the correct due date range for the default query.If the due date is not in correct range the workflow will not show in work inbox.

Also please check in the system whether any BADI in SE18 tx is activated.If any BADI is activated please deactivate that.
