No Workflow Item found

Hi all,

I am trying to create SC from FM: BBP_PD_SC_CREATE.

SC is created with out any issue. I got no workitem found error in the Stats.

How to correct this.

reactivate the workflow using t.code: SWUD

Hi,

Also ensure you are using bbp_pd_sc_save and reset_buffer fms in your development for correctly saving the shopping cart and starting workflow.

I already included the FM : bbp_pd_sc_save.

But I didn't use any FM for reseting the Buffer. Can you send me the FM name.

Hi,

Use BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT(Perform a commit on system to commit shopping cart to system) & BBP_PD_SC_RESET_BUFFER function modules after BBP_PD_SC_SAVE.
