Adhoc Approvals for DMS

Hello All,

I have a 'Document Type' and I want to give users Adhoc capability to select multiple reviewers to approve a document, when document is set at document status 'For Review'. firstly how can I select multiple reviewers in an adhoc manner. How to achieve this solution. Is their a user exit.

Hello Sachin,

I think, this can be achieved in following ways along with proper use of workflow-

1) You can use classification and varient configuration to achieve this.Class can be assigned to document type through configuration and dependancies can be set to select proper group of reviewers, to whom, workitems can be triggered for review

2) Status network- You can set proper status network eg "Create->Review Design->Rview Engg->Review Marketing->..->Release so that with proper status, e-mails can be triggered to correct approvers.

Similar to classification, you can also use Z-Table, Lab/ Office Field, Authorization Group field, Org Structure or Popup for user selection in workflow.
