i did same way but it is saying 'Function is not active'....where to activate this function

Hi

check out the file first ( this is mandatory as reset checkout is like an 'undo' of checkout ie ,it will restore the checkin state )

Then go to menu->originals->reset checkout.

the option will be enabled .
