PI7.1 RFC Lookup instance when transported to new environment

Hello All,

We have implemented RFC Lookup (PI7.1) as part of the message mapping. This mapping is being used inside a ccBPM. It works perfectly fine in the development environment. Now we have transported it into new environment but it does not seem be executing in new environment.

When checked the ccBPM details we notice that RFC channel corresponding to RFC lookup is not getting instantiated. Have checked all the corresponding RFC parameters, user authorizations and activated it in new environment but it does not seem to be calling the RFC adapter during "runtime". We also notice that same RFC lookup when called from test tab in ESR works fine in new environment.

Anyone has got any idea? Is something we are missing as a basic step.

Your help will be appreciated.

Cheers.

This could be a cache related issue. Perform full CPACache refresh using PIDIRUSER or similar roles.

http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=

Then perform sxi_cache refresh.
