System change option

Hi,

In transaction code se06,I have changed the global setting as modifiable but software component and Namespace/Name range shows as not modifiable only.What is the problem?

Hi,

even if you change the global settings, you can change all the other components settings one by one.

You can change them all at the same time by clicking Edit -> Software components modifiable and Edit -> Namespaces modifiable.

Some points that you check......

You need to check that the client is open in Scc4.(Automatic changes recording , changes to Repositary and Customising)

Now go to se06 and change the Nametabe to Modifiable ,Software components to be modifiable.
