Hi All
Is there any setting in CUP 5.3 by which we can prevent auto user unlock for those users which are locked by adminstrator? For such users, we would create an approval stage. For others(e.g. users who got locked by incorrect password), auto unlocking should be possible.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks & Regards
Abhijeet
Hi Abhijeet,
In CUP auto unlock facility is not there.
But there is a Auto Unlock facility in UME.
You can check it in UME -> Configuration -> Security Policy -> Auto Unlock Time (Minutes)
This setting is not for users locked by administrator. It is for number of incorrect passowrd attempts by the user.
If you have any other query then please let me know.
Regards,
Sudip.

Hi Abhijeet,
A user can not be locked by other user until and unless he doesn't have administrator authorization.
If a user is locked by any other user or Administrator then you find it in UME not in CUP.
Login to UME -> Search & Select the User -> Goto Account Information tab -> Here you can see Account Last Locked By option
