Document header text was change after posting

Dear all,

I have a issue about document posting. I use document header text for Invoice Number. After parking, I printed out & send to Accountant manager to check & sign off. After that, I post this document. But I dont know why after posting, the document header is missed 2 last characters.

The length for document header is 25 chars, but I just input 15 chars. After posted, the length is 13.

Do you have faced to this issue before ?

Hi,

if you want that such issue should not be repeated then, you can restrict to change the document after posting by Document Change Rules, Document Header via OB32.

Because this is used for invoice number. So I dont allow users to change this text. So, I'm so surprised when seeing this doc header text was changed. I dont know the reason why.

Hello,

Not sure why texts 2 letters missing.

But advise is you can very much update the document posted.

Please use fb02 and update the header text with those missign letters.
