Background job

Hi,

Our consultant schuduled one background job.But that consultent left last week from our organization.I want to change the owner of schuduled job it is possaible in sm36?

As per the Juan Answer Owner will be the same but the job will be started be the new user, and i dont think through this method you can change the owner, but yes there should not be any problem in job execution.

Just look for the released job in SM37, mark it and go to Job -> Change -> Click on Step -> Click on the step -> Click Change -> Enter the new user and Save.

You can also replace the user on the step and it should work fine even if the owner user is been deleted.

Just go to the release job in change mode and click on the step and change the user.
