how i can create a logon user in ECC6

i can login into client 000. how can i create a sap logon user in other client xxx?

client xxx was a new copied client.

because sap* is default no access privilege in ECC6.

who can help me ?

Hi,

Yes, you can change it from SAP by editing the Instance profile in RZ10 and then SAP restart will be required to get this parameter into effect.

and whatever the DB, you can run this query to delete sap* and then login via sap/pass but make sure that what client you are giving in MANDT value in the query, accordingly sap will be having the password as PASS in that client.

If you skip the MANDT option in the query, then sap* will be deleted/reset in all the clients for that particular SAP system

After that you can create new user with su01 in required client using sap* user.

If u create New client means u can logon SAP* and password is - pass u can go inside the SAP easy access and u can enter tcode SU01 enter user name -

click create button.

Hi,

If you are Unable to login with sap* in the newly created client set the Profile parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar =0 in Instance profile and restart SAP.

This allows you to login to newly created client with User sap*.
