A system error has occured while locking

Hi

we have one SAP Central instance server and on Dialog instance instance server (High Availability). we are getting the error message "A system error has occured while locking" frequently. for this reason i increased enque/table_size parameter 4096 kb to 40000 kb. But the changes are not affecting in production server.

same parameter changes made in Development and quality server, we are not getting the error. please tell me what should i do for this problem.

Let me know is there any issues in increasing the enque/table_size parameter.

i have resolved the problem with increasing the enque parameter in our standalone enque server

check during probelm sm12 ->extra ->diagnosis -> or diagnosis update analysis it

also check exclusive lock by db01

Hi , can you please mention your SAP version and also exactly at what step you face the error?

are there any dumps/system messages regarding this? or any user /sap performance issue?
