I want to know how to passed provision entry in sap.

for example i want to pass provision entry for Audit fees.

If you have TDS then pass the following entry:

40 Audit Fees 1000

50 Vendor 900

50 TDS Pay.100

At the time of Payment in next year

40 Vendor 900

50 Bank 900

At the time of TDS Payment

40 TDS Pay.100

50 Bank 100

Use T.code F.02 For provision entry, you will have to create a provision a/c for Audit fees.The entry is

40 Audit Fees a/c Amount XXXX

50 Prov.for Audit Fees Amount XXXX.
