I am trying to add the alert rules in alert configuration but Add rule button and change rule button is disabled I am trying to enable this button but it is not enabling.

may i know what is the problem

some features may not be enabled for your user-id....just contact the admin and either ask him to do the config part or provide you with the acces to do it.
