request attribute "EXPORT_TIMESTAMP" not assigned to Request

Hi all,

We are trying to interface our SAP EBP 3.0 system with solution manager 3.2 system for change req mgmt and we are having difficulty assigning the attribute "EXPORT_TIMESTAMP" to the transport request. When we release the header transport request,

the attributes "EXPORT_TIMESTAMP" is not getting updated.

On the satellite system (SAP EBP 3.0 ), we are on support pack SAPKB61043 & SAPKA61043.

We have set the "EXPORT_TIMESTAMP" in SE03 to the value "assigned once

for each request". This setting works fine for our SAP R/3 system.

Please let me know if this is a support pack issue, i.e we may need to

go to a higher suport pack, maybe like SAPKB61044 or something else.

Thanks

Abhi

Hi,

We were facing the similar issue recently and we followed the below resolution:

- Checked in the table WBOATTR, and the entry for the attribute EXPORT_TIMESTAMP could be seen as "Attribute can only be assigned once".

- We checked in Request Attributes of the TR, the entry for attribute EXPORT_TIMESTAMP was not present.

- So we manually added the entry EXPORT_TIMESTAMP and left the VALUE field blank.

- Post this the TR could be successfully released and the Value field in the attribute EXPORT_TIMESTAMP  populated itself.

Could you please suggest a reason why this attribute was not populated automatically even when the entry in the table WBOATTR was maintained? What can be a permanent resolution for this?

Thanks,

Hi,

We found the solution.

Follow the below steps

1. Logon to Dev system and goto SE03

2. Click on the option "Display/Change Request Attributes" Under Administration section.

3. You'll see the list of attributes, double click on the attribute "EXPORT_TIMESTAMP"

4. Make sure the Client Specific Settings are unchecked as below
