files to be approved

Hi,

We have recently configured the Maintenance optimizer with the solution manager 7.0 ( at level 14).

But when we create a transaction for approving the support packs to be downloaded no files are appearing for the approval.

But our download basket is showing the files to be approved.

Please advise.

MOpz should show the files there, any error mesage coming ? and are you sure that you have put the files in the approval list of the download basket first ?

and the S-user, of which you are trying to see the download basket, should be associated with the userID with with you are running MOPz tcode..

The problem is solved.

I have wrongly maintained the AISUSER entries and corrected them.
