Payslip - change font type and size

How can I change the standard font size to COURIER and 7.5 size in the payslip?????

Hi Dude,

First Check wheter the payslip is generating from SAP Script

-> go to se71

-> pass the FORM name

-> press change

-> Basic Settings

-> Here you find the font Family and font size..

If you are generating the payslip using smart forms

-> go to smartforms

-> pass the FORM name

-> here you need to check the style name at Form attribute section , tab (output options)

-> come back to smartforms tcode

-> pass the style name , press change

-> here you can change the font size

hello:

Im not sure if it is a SAP Script or SAP Smart Form. Since I did it with PE51 I assume it is a SAP script.

The consultants says it cannot be done with se71 but I dont trust in what hwe said. Please confirm.

Otherwise should I do what Amosha said?

Hi George,

There is no config at the HR Side. Ask the basis to create new font using SPAD.

Also refer to SAP Note# 406977 ( Composite note RPCEDTx0) for futher details. This is the master FAQ for remuneration configuration. It should be very useful.

Create a new font type with the spool administrator (SPAD)

When you need some different fonts other than those available in the standard SAP system, you'll have to create those different fonts size manually for the device types that you are using.

Tested in 4.6x

COPY SAP STANDARD DEVICE TYPE TO ZXXXX e.g. ZHPLJ4

SPAD - Spool Administration

Full administration

Device Types - ZHPLJ4 (then click Device Types)

Utilities -> For device type -> Copy device type

Print Controls - Copy an existing Print Control and change the ControlCharacter sequence

SE73 - SAPscript Font Maintenance

Printer fonts - Change

Double click on the ZXXXX device type

Create

Font family COURIER

Font size 030

Characters per inch 21.00

Print control 1 SFXXX

Print control 2 SFXXX

e.g. HPLJ4 Print Controls CPI
