We have the following scenario

One EBP system connected to 2 separate ECC systems .

Material grps ( product cat) are same in both ECC system .

We have already successfully operating with the EBP connected to ECC.

We are now wanting to connect the new ECC to existing EBP.

1. We created a new root node for the new connection.

2. We need to find way to have the PR 's posted to correct ECC

3. When trying to create SC , getting errors

' enter co code"

" enter a location "

" define follow on for PR"

ALl config looks ok .checked BBP_LOCMAP, VENMAP .etc.

Where All i need to check . What needs to be done to achieve as per point 2.

Anyone having this scenario, please let me know how you went by ..

Hi Arun,

Hope you have did following settings.

define backend system - hope you have defined all r/3 systems .

define product category - settings.- check source system of your product category souce system and target system.

define backend objects for logical system -settings- check it up.here you might given source system ...

hope you defined your r/3 company code in ppoma_bbp either function tab or buk attribute and plants needs to be transfered from both system and must be maintained via extended attribute with respectivel r/3 logical system.

and there is one important setting.

Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents

and create a cart first successfully .
