Workflow not finish and lock the queues

Hi;

I have one problem with process PI to ECC. When PI process one file, PI send the Idoc to ECC and them process correctly, but PI don´t close the file and lock the queue.

If execute the SXI_MONITOR then finish the workflow and unlock the queue, all enqueue process fail but now i can send news process.

I have the samme problem in PI development and integration system, in productive system the workflow work fine.

I don´t see the difference betwens the systems, maybe one job or report?

1028793 BPE-RUN: Temporary error due to processing in tRFC

1001327 BPE: SWWDHEX causes qRFC retry
