When managing message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR, tehre are text types for message:

SLF1 01 Reply

SLF1 04 Internal Note

SLF1 09 Query

SLF1 11 Reply from SAP

SLF1 12 PartnerInfo to Cust.

SLF1 13 Info to Partner

SLF1 14 Partner Info to SAP

SLF1 15 Information for SAP

SLF1 16 Information from SAP

SLF1 99 Description

SLF1 BI Business Consequence

SLF1 CT Phone Call at SAP

SLF1 DL Delay in processing

SLF1 QA Appl. spec. quest

SLF1 RS To Reconstruction

SLF1 SD System Data

SLF1 ST Phone Call from SAP

Is is posible to use authorization to restrict special message type for creating/viewing?

the object you are looking for is CRM_TXT_ID.

Hi ,

It is possible to have authorizations for the text ids.

It can be done with development - enhancement points.

There may not be a standard way. Please check otherwise revert for the enhancement details if you need.
