How to call a web service on PI 7.1 where WS adapter used on outbound side

Hi friends,

I have created a scenario on SAP PI 7.1: ECC->SAP PI->File. Since I'm using abapr proxies between ecc and pi I'm using the new WS sender adapter. What I want to ask is, if this outbound interface is a web service exposed on PI and how to call it if possible. I have generated a WSDL from the sender agreement, and the target url looks like this:

location="http://<pihost>:443/sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/http107idt3garmin2com7test7send7a1og4888/si5fileu0/001/0ffce505d3c23d2d90e8111fdf790a07/agr_269DE8FD4AC93023971F9F0A634D65G9

The problem is, this is not working. This port is disabled. When I check the ICM, for HTTP port 50000 is used. But even if I change the port to 50000, it doesn't work. I'm getting timeout exception during the call.

Can please somebody explain me, if this web service is callable at all?

Thanks a lot, points will be assigned for sure!

Olian

Hi,

I think WS RM adapter can be used for the webservice proxy in SAP ECC.

Above link can you give some idea. Here it is point to point one with in SAP. In target side you can make it as file.
