Revenue / Expenses Report Problem

Hi Experts,

I am using milestone billing in PS. Have assigned WBS to Sales order manually. I can do the billing and create invoice also through VF01. But i am not able to see any report for planned and actual revenues.

If i view report S_ALR_87013564, it says no records were selected.

Also, if i try to view expenses report S_ALR_87013574 it just says No Costs, revenues or finances were selected. But i have made payment to vendor. Same problem exists for report on receipts of payments

Please advice on what could be the problem.

Hi,

please check the below reports.If you are creating billing documents then you can see the results in reports.Please check the GL entry also .

S_ALR_87013565 - Planned Contribution Margin

S_ALR_87013566 - Actual Contribution Margin

S_ALR_87013568 - Project Results

CN41

If you want to run the tcode S_ALR_87013574 then you need to activate project cash management first.

Is your planning profile OPSB configured for revenues. Maintain a tick for "From Sales Order" under Automatic Revenue planning in OPSB.

Also chk if WBS is marked as billing element.
