shipment cost

Dear Experts,

We know after creation of shipment cost and shipment settlement the purchase order and service maintain document are creating. in standard sap.

Can you tell me after shipment cost creation we can see creating service acceptance and it is directly related to purchase order also and wt is the business requirement for creating service acceptance and invoice receipt creation?
