Approval workflow is ambiguous.

Hi,

In SRM we try to create a shopping cart (with only text entries, no materials), but when i click on check or create i get an error message:

"Approval workflow is ambiguous. Inform system administrator "

What should happen is that an instance of WS14000044 starts. But it doesn't.

Workflow looks ok, it's active etcetc. If i use the same data and put it in SWUS to test the workflow it works fine.

Any ideas on what could be wrong here?

Hi,

This solved the issue. Only one WF is allowed per event. I've discontinued two other Workflows in SWETYPV and now my 14000044 starts fine.

Strange though that this event is handling is different than in ECC.

Please check in SWB_COND. Check which are the start condition activated for Workflow for Shopping Cart. This happens when the same start condition is configured for 2 different workflows. In SRM you are allowed to create 1 workflow instance at one time.

This issue will come if there are more than one start condition trigger for a SC.. Check your start condition SWB_PORCUREMENT .....
