Problem in taking both side printouts

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP ECC 6.0. We have Toshiba -eStudio282 printer. This is a network printer.

This printer supports both side printing. I have configured this printer in SAP using device type :

SAPWIN :Rel.4x/SAPlpd 4.09+ ONLY and host spool Access method "U: Print Using Berkley Protocol" also I have set print mode "DUPLEX: Print on both side".

But printout a coming in single page only.It is not coming on both the sides.

Is there any thing that I am missing.

Hi,

In Printer property you have to Set both side printing option and Set it to Default Printer.

Then only you can get both side printer.

Printer Property mean your local machine/PC printer property.
