Downloading Promotions from APO

Dear All,

How can i download the promotions created in APO? Is there a standard report to download promotions?

Can i track changes to promotions carried from last time?

Hi Kedar,

Use the standard report /SAPAPO/MP41B for promotion reporting & evaluations.

Hello,

I tried using the report mentioned. I want to generate a report listing promotions for every product. How can I do that using this report. bcos it only displays the values in planning book. How do I get a report of individual promotions for a product.

in addition is there a facility to track changes in promotions..like what changes have been made by the planner to the promotions (say volumes, dates)

Hi Kedar,

The report which I have given above is the standard report from SAP. If you need itemwise details, the following are the options from which you need to choose.

1) Create custom report from planning book

2) Create report using data extraction from BW

3) Create custom query using sq01 transaction.
