ITS PARAMETER TO REDUCE THE TIME FOR SHUTTING THE APPLICATION

Hello all,

We are using Internal ITS for our SRM system.My problem is that when I logoff from my homepage,I get a pop up window saying "Application is shutting down.Please wait".Now this window takes a long time to close down.

Can anyone tell me whether I can set any parameter for the Internal ITS by which I can reduce this time ?

Hi Gauri,

You might check if activating compression for the used SRM help to improve the performance. See also note 727137.
