how to creat a folder of folder type FOL? with cv11 tcode....

i want to creat a folder from T-code, cv11

pls explain me step by step process pls

as i am doing in cv11, its not allowing me to do ....i am able to do it in cv01n transation, with the folder structure on the right hand side.....

Hi Surya,

The T-code CV11 is used to create document structure. It is not allowing means you write mail to your basis team for particular T-code Authorization.

Steps are involved in creating Doc structure is:

1) Create the DIR (number of DIR) in T-code CV01N

2) In CV11 create header of particular DIR in which u want to have document structure and Link many DIR to this.

Thus in one header you will find many DIR attached (CV13-disply) it will allow to add up to 999 documents.

document structure and folder structure the same?????

i have created folder in cv01n transation, on the right hand side window, by clicking the right hand side of mouse.............manually

i want to make more folder, how to make many .....is it cv11?????

pls do giude me

i am more stuck up with document hierarcy, document structure and document folder ....................can u thrown some light plssss
