Print TO Error

May be someone could help me:

After creating an order, the order is supplied automatically (by user WF-Batch).

The system is set so, that the TO is created directly. For some storage types, TOs are printed.

However, this doesn't work in this case. The TO will be created, but not isn't printed. The spool job is available in the output control (SP01), but with error status.

Has anyone any advice?

Thank you very much!

Check your configuration in Transaction OMLV. It is possible to set up TO output to print to different printers based on storage types. Perhaps you have printers assigned for some and not others.

If you have different printers defined, then you may need to check the connection to the printer that is assigned to the affected storage type. A change in IP addresses could cause it to fail.

Thank you for the answer.

At the moment the same printer is assigned to every storage type.

The connection is also okay (TOs are printed when goods arrive).

It is possible to start printing in sp01 manually (then it works).

But it´s still the same problem.

The TO's are printing for some of the storage type means, for the storage type for which you are not getting print needs to be checked. In OMLV, check in printer assignment to 'Warehouse movement' check whether the settings for source storage type and destination sto type are there. 'source as *** and destination as *** will also do. Check in the same screen whether "NO PRINT" check box is ticked.

Also check spool code and print code settings for your warehouse.
