Layout Designer Issue for AR Downpayment Invoice

Hi

I'm trying to create an item AR downpayment invoice but I cannot workout how to set up the Layout Designer to make the template show the:

Item no:

Item description

Item Text etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Start with an existing system layout where these fields already exist.
