Hi,

In our production server SSO working in 900 client and not working in 901 client.

FYI...before that i take system copy of PRD and installed QAS server.

SSO is working in both client 900 & 901 of QAS.

But it is not working in PRD 901 and woking in PRD 900.

any solution...........?

Yes Milan

That is because client 901 is not in the ACL list

Log on to 901 client,go to STRUSTSSO2 ,select the portal certificate and forst do add to certificate list and then add to ACL for client 901

your SSO will start working

Let me know of any questions

it is working in HTTP not in HTTPS in PRD.

Whereas it is woking both in http & https in QAS server

As per you idea, i added 901 in ACL list. still issue is there.

Want to restart sap console or any other service need to restart ?

No Error....

in 901 PRD it is not accept the SSO ticket. Instead of that it will popup the dialog box and asking username / password.

if we gave user details manually ... it 's woking.

I need login thro SSO....

Hi

Have you followed the below procedure:

Login to the client 901,go to STRUSTSSO2,click on the portal certificate,Now click on Add to ACL

Enter System ID as the portal SID and client as 000 and click on Ok. The default client for JAVA engine is 000

Then save and then test

HI Goyal,

PRD 900 we using for java + ABAP SSO - working in http & https

but in PRD 901 we are passing the SSO ticket from external application. it is working for http and SSO not working for https.

PRD server - SSL certificate added in ACL list in STRUSTSSO2 for 901 client.

restart the ICM process also.

issue retain the same.........
