No Data Available in source system in Info Package, But available in RSA3.

Hi Experts,

I have one Issue, I did not get right answer in forums and bugs.

I had moved all datasources from Dev to QAS successfull,

Now I am loading Data from source to BI, except 2 data source all data source data was loaded successfully.

I am facing problem with the 2 Data Sources (0PA_ER_1 & 0PA_ER_2) these two data sources are HR transaction data. Loading with Full Update.

I am in BI7.0 environment.

When I execute the Info Package, both Total and Techinical status are in yellow

Message is given:

No data available

Diagnosis

The data request was a full update.

In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not

contain any data.

System Response

Info IDoc received with status 8.

Procedure

Check the data basis in the source system.

Data is available in HRP5131 Table, (267 records)

Data is comming to RSA3 also. (134 records) are displaying.

But data is not comming to Data source in BI.

can anyone help me to reslove this issue

Hi Participants,

thanks for you all to spent you time on my issue.

I have sloved MY probkem.

this Basis side problem, authorization and rolls are not assigned to my ID.

Now they assigned SAP ALL now it working fine.

what is the mode selected in Infopackage is it is Full or Delta...make sure full update is selected..

thanks for your response, yes this Full Update mode.

I have 4 transaction Data sources, other 2 datasources are loading fine with the full update.

but these 2 data sources only giving problem.

Total status manually turned into Green, but Technical status still in Yellow.

I am stuck with this problem.

try to delete the whole PSA and try to load agian....hope it helps

Yes I tried as you said, I have delete the request in Datasource and angain schedule the infopackage.

still the problem is remain same,

No data available in source system.

Note: In the Datasource Request is generated but No PSA generated.

Any IDoc problem can we say, IDoc status is 8.

Hi Bhaskar & Vidya,

I found one difference in Infopackage from Dev to QAS.

in Dec Data Target Tab is there for all Transaction Data sources.

in QAS no Data Target Tab .

Why infopackages are difference with the Datatarget tab.

Is this cause of my issue, any suggestions on this.

Can u check on source side if any idocs are stuck for processing in tcode BD87 and SM58?

In BD

yes, I found Red flag, in inbound processing,

Application document not posted IDoc status with 51.

in sm58 nothing is there.
