Want to user sap not through desktop gui, but through web application

At present we have SAP gui front end desktop application that we use for SAP view, but we want to have web based application using internet or intranet, so what are the requirement for that.

You need to configure SAP GUI FOR HTML based on ITS, it depends of your SAP release may be Integrated or stadalone. :

Also you can use SAP PORTAL, but it will be installed first.
