Can anybody tell me what is sold - to party in solution manager?

Hello Anders,

Let me tell you how Sold-to-party is being used in Service Desk.

Sold-to-party is the company/division for which the service desk is configured. For example, if it is a multi-country roll-out, whenever the service desk message is created for an implementation location(namely Wipro Technologies, Wipro Infotech, etc), that particular implementation location (Wipro Technologies, Wipro Infotech, etc) becomes the Sold-to-party.
