Partial PO Receipts

Hi,

We would like to be able to receive and invoiced partial POs and at the some future time when the before we receive the balance we also would like to update the delivery costs. We receive a file per shipment from a broker that we used to create our invoice automatically. Yes, we do get the error V1631 when we try to change the delivery costs from our broker for the remaining PO balance and I am wondering if someone has a suggestion on how we could do this?

The scenario what you have explained is not clear . Can you brief still and in which tcode you are facing the problem.

The Tran Code is me22n, on the item level using conditions tab, I would like to modify the value of our condition types for subsequent supplement or delivery costs even if we have already invoiced the partial receipts. When there is an invoice for partial receipts it is stopping the process. That is where I get V1631.

Where can I change this error to warning?
