Hiding field in SAP PDF form

Hi Experts,

I am hiding a field in PDF form.

But the problem is , form reserving space for that field after field hidden.

Could any body tell how we can remove that space if we hidden the field.

Hi,

You have an option in for the field you want to hide in Palettes - > Object where you have mentioned it as invisible

Instead of Invisible make it as Hidden (Exclude from Layout) so your space will not get reserved and it will not be printed on the form also..

Hope this is what you have asked for.

If not please explain the requirement more clearly.

But if we hidden field even though data is there it will be hide.

My scenario is if data is there it has display and if data is not there i need to hide the field.

Now i can able to hide the field but the problem is not able to remove the space.

Can you please tell me how ur displaying that field in the form that means you are displaying in a simple text or a template.

Thanks for reply.

As of now i am displaying normal text field only.

And i have tried display through label and floating field.I can able to hide the field.

But still it is making space reserve for label or text field if data is not there.
