Sales Order Output Type Copy

Hello,

I have a requirement to create a custom output type(ZNAM) with different layout, which can be used in sending an output mail with Sales Order details. I looked for Sales Order confirmation form which is used for mailing the form, say ZMAI and I copied the same output type and only changed the form.

My problem, When i create a sales order and try to assign custom output type(ZNAM) it is throwing a message as "ZNAM not maintained". When i use ZMAI it is ready for use.

Please guide me, if i need to follow any more steps or missing some thing.

Hi,

Did you maintained in the output procedure with the out put type you required, please check.

Once it is maintained in the procedure, you need to maintain the condition records for it and then try.
