How to deploy .C11, .tpz files in SDM

Hi,

Iam balu,i have files with extention .c11(cofiles) and .tpz(directory_sellection)

and i have to deploy these files into SDM (CRM 5.0).

i have tried it but getting some error.Please could you help me by giving me the exact solution to this.

iam very very helpful if i get a solution for it.
