Inspection lot not created at order release-MM03 set up with insp type 03

Hello All

I am trying to release production order and marerial is set up with inspection type 03. I am getting the message "Material 1146028: automatic generation of inspection lot failed".

Basicall I am using rework order type ZRWK.

I am not getting this problem with other order types. I have not maintained insp type in order type config.

Is there a config to control, create lot at order release.

Pls advise.
