SOL Support Packs

Hi,

I am been looking for the list of the latest components and their SP level on the SAP Market Place.

I have been told to select:

http://service.sap.com/swdc

SAP Support Packages..

Entry by Application Group..

SAP Technology Components..

SAP Solution Manager..

SAP Solution Manager 7.0......etc

For some reason I can not see "SAP Solution Manager" under "SAP Technology Components".

Do I need a special authorisation on my profile (I could not see anything specific there) or do I need to enable anything to be able to see that entry?

At the moment I can only see

GATEWAY

JAVA LOG VIEWER

SAPCAR

SAP EXCHANGE CONNECTOR

SAP CR CONTENT

SAPROUTER

SAPSECULIB

SAPSSOEXT

SAP WEB DISPATCHER

Nope. May be there would be some problem on OSS, as we have also some problem with OSS last week and i was not able to see the ECC patches and i rasied a message to SAP and they had updated the software link for our customer number.

Are you looking with a personal s-user or one that's "connected" to your other installations?

My guess is the first....in that you just need to use another s-user when logging on to oss.
