iDoc of Stock/Requirements List

Hi All:

The idoc of Stock/Requirements list is LOISTD01. The issue is, one of our business will have a non-SAP planning/scheduling tool integrated with ECC. They require me to send the Stock/Requirements list IDoc of all material/plant as frequently as possible. When I tried to execute POIT for generating the Stock/Requirements list it ran for 25 minutes for just one plant. And throw in 10 more plants and add the external planning tool's processing time you have a recipe for disaster to begin with. The before mentioned scenario was in Q and not in Production, which should not alter the scenario significantly. Question is, is there a way I can send partial changes to Stock/Requirements list dynamically as they happen? Is there any Business event trigger that I could use to trigger the generation of partial idoc or any other thing?
