Hello Experts,
We have CCMS alerts setup to monitor dialog response time of various systems, however at times of low activity the number of steps drop and with that also the average response time.
This obviously triggers a alert as the response time goes over the threshold. The threshold cannot be increased as its set on agreed levels.
Is there a way to suppress/bypass these alerts at times of low system activity?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
heiko
Hello
how the response time goes over the threshold during 'low system activity' ?
and the threshold can't be increased as it is on agreed levels or you are not able to change the threshold ?
however, a particular system can be removed from monitoring for a particular duration, but it's little specific to 'Availability Monitoring'
