Frontend printing problems- cyrrilic symbols not printed correctly

This is very annoying case

There is a fronted printer (access method F) that is set as device type SWIN

there was some problem with the user terminal and it got replaced by a laptop, since then there is spool, outpoot request but the text is wierd looking. Before the terminal replacement everything was ok

Nothing has changed in SAP, just the terminal, all other users are able to print on frontend without problems in Cyrillic.

Any idea what has to be tweaked on the client's side, as it is obvious to me it is PC issue in some way

frontend character set is 1100,, i have tried with 1500 no success

Strange!! did you try recreating printer queue again on your laptop?

i have some small progress

in SAPLPD options in font substitutions the windows font was missing i have SAP courier new substituted for windows courier with Cyrillic set

now ABAP lists are fine but smartscripts are wierd looking again

any new ideas

Hi

Normally for front end printing problems it is adviced to be restart the system and login again
