How to make LOV(List of Values - Drop Down) as a required input?

Hi,

I have created a report with two dynamic drop down(LOVs). But i want to insure that user must select atleast one value from any drop down. How can I do this?

Once the parameters are created in the crystal report you must select the value from both the parameters to run the report. If you are using Crystal2008 then you can make the parameter as optional so that you can run the report even though you don't select any parameter value. We can make one paraemter as optional and the other one without optional so that you need to enter the value in non optional parameter to run the report. But we cannot make optional parameters dynamically.
