How to get the WorkOrder Status..?

Hi Experts,

Our Shopping is going to 'Error in process' Status after it has been Ordered.

The Reason is, some of the Internal Orders/ Work Orders used in the Shopping Cart are not yet released or they are in 'Created' Status.

Hence we are trying to Check the Status of the Orders using BBp_doc_check_badi during shopping cart creation..

By Using FM Bapi_internalorder_Getdetail, I can get the status of the Internal ORder, but not the status of the Workorder.

Is there a Function module to get the status of both Internal Order & WorkOrder,,so that it can be RFC called in SRM system and thus the status of the orders can be validated .

Hi Vidya,

check in rz20 for shopping cart - error description will be available or you can view in application monitor -web- shopping cart ?

that error description may helps you to confirm and resolve the problem.

Hi Muthu,

Thanks for the Reply....But the customer wants the error message to be shown in the Shopping Cart Screen when he clicks on the check button of the Shopping Cart....hence need to validated the Internal Order & WorkOrder values in 'Check BAdi'.
