How to change the status of the project even when the subsequent WBS Elements and activities are in different statuses. Is it possile to change all the statuses at once? If so what is the T-code?

Hi,
You can change the status in Project Planning Board.
Goto PPB-> Edit->select all . This will select all the objects in the project.
Then you can go to Edit --> Status -> select desired status.
